Refund Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Refund Window
Refleks is operated by Ebubekir Korkut, a sole proprietor based in Kosovo.
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, subject to the conditions in Section 2 below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want customers to have enough time to evaluate a paid plan with their real website and workflow. There is no page-count or message-count threshold during this evaluation window.
- First paid purchase: If this is your first paid purchase from Refleks, we will issue a full refund when you request it within 14 calendar days of that purchase. You may use the Service during the evaluation; usage does not reduce eligibility.
- One-time protection: The first-purchase guarantee applies once per customer/account. It is not available for repeated paid-plan/refund cycles, a later paid purchase after a prior refund, or a duplicate transaction.
- After 14 days: Refunds are not guaranteed but may be evaluated case-by-case for exceptional circumstances, such as an extended service outage caused by us.
- Reasonable abuse protection: We may deny the guarantee where an account used fraud, chargebacks, deliberate quota circumvention, materially abusive automation, or violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@refleks.dev with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your account and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. When a refund is approved:
- The refund is processed through Paddle's systems.
- Funds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time depends on Paddle, your payment method, and your financial institution.
- Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction.
As Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are subject to Paddle's policies in addition to our own. For more information, see Paddle's Terms and Privacy Policy.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing period, unless explicitly stated in an approved refund request.
- Cancelling does not automatically delete your account. You may continue using any features available to your resulting plan, re-subscribe later, or delete the account after the paid subscription is fully cancelled. The Privacy Policy explains the applicable data-retention periods.
6. Free Plan And Upgrades
We offer a free starting point so you can try the product before upgrading. You are only charged after you choose a paid plan through Paddle.
Refund requests apply to paid subscriptions after a charge has been collected. If you stay on the free plan and never complete a paid checkout, there is nothing to refund.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, Paddle will manage the dispute as merchant of record. We may restrict paid features while the related payment or subscription is no longer in good standing, subject to applicable law and the final outcome reported by Paddle.
8. Contact
For refund inquiries, please contact us at support@refleks.dev.
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.
