Try the live assistant

Look for the Refleks chat bubble in the lower-right corner and ask a question. This is the same assistant that powers the widget—not a scripted screenshot—and answers come from the pages published on this site.

The bubble appears when this site's live widget is configured. If it is not visible in your environment, the prompts below show what to try once the widget is available.

Suggested questions

Ask these in the open widget.

  • What does Refleks do?
  • How does it use website content?
  • What happens when it cannot answer?

When supporting pages are available, the assistant can link back to them so you can check the answer in context.

When it needs a person

A clear fallback, not a guess.

If the answer is not in this site's published pages, the assistant should say it is not sure instead of inventing a response. Choose Contact us in the widget when that action is available, or email the team directly.

How quickly can I try Refleks?

You can add a website and start reviewing answers as soon as its pages have been read. The time depends on the size and structure of the site, and you can use completed pages while the rest are still being processed.

Is customer content used to train AI models?

No. Refleks uses customer content to provide the service, but does not use it to train or fine-tune AI models. The Privacy Policy explains how content is processed and retained. Read the Privacy Policy.

Will every answer include a source?

Answers can include links to supporting website pages when relevant sources are available. AI answers can still be wrong, so visitors should check the linked page for important information.

Can I start without entering payment details?

Yes. The free plan does not require a card. Paid plan prices are localized and include applicable taxes where displayed; Paddle confirms the final total at checkout.

Give visitors helpful answers, even when your team is offline.

Add your website, review the assistant yourself, and decide when it is ready to share.
